My professional journey spans from a distinguished career as a fine-dining chef and culinary instructor to my current role as an Integrated Health and Behavior Practitioner (IHBP). My expertise and passion for helping others achieve their fullest potential have always driven me. I’ve had the privilege of working in elite Mobile 5-star and AAA 5 Diamond resorts and restaurants, and I even appeared on Food Network’s Guy’s Grocery Games and Cutthroat Kitchen, where I was a runner-up on both shows.

From the Kitchen to the Clinic: A Culinary Legacy

Over time, I felt a deep calling to use my experiences and skills to support others in a more meaningful and transformative way. This led me to adopt a comprehensive approach to health, viewing food as medicine and empowering others to make nourishing choices. My journey into health and wellness was also shaped by overcoming a major personal health challenge. After enduring several medical emergencies and dealing with the effects of medical negligence, I found ways to manage my condition through a balanced combination of medication, nutrition, exercise, and a continual pursuit of holistic well-being and personal growth. I’m deeply committed to helping others overcome their health challenges with resilience and determination.

Powerful Nutrition: Insights and Strategies

In 2022, I published my book, Powerful Nutrition: Overcoming Our Mental and Physical Roadblocks for a More Healthful Life, which shares insights on overcoming barriers to healthy eating and appreciating the value of nutrition. I believe food plays a central role in our health and happiness, and I’m passionate about helping others harness its power.

With a dedication to providing personalized support, I draw upon my extensive qualifications to ensure that my clients receive the best care. I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Sports Nutrition Specialist (SNS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practitioner (CBTP), and REBT Mindset Coach. I am also an ordained minister with the Universal Life Church, so I can offer inclusive support for everyone, regardless of their background or beliefs.

Optimizing Performance: Nutrition and Mindset for Athletes

As an Integrative Health and Behavior Practitioner (IHBP), I focus on maximizing nutrition, physical conditioning, goal setting, and mindset coaching, primarily supporting young athletes and fitness enthusiasts. My experience as a parent who homeschooled my son and managed his professional skateboarding career—including owning an indoor skateboard park in Las Vegas—aligns with my work with CA-TF (California Training Facility). I’ve provided tailored nutrition and mental strategies that helped several skateboarders who later went on to join the U.S. Olympic team. This work fuels my commitment to helping athletes reach their highest potential through personalized guidance and support.

Ongoing Education and Holistic Growth

I bring a well-rounded perspective to my practice by completing my degree in psychology and continually expanding my knowledge through various certifications and in-depth courses, including Nine Gates Mystery School—known for its studies in world religions, personal growth, and self-development. My background and personal experiences uniquely position me to offer comprehensive, empathetic support that resonates with my clients’ needs and aspirations.
