Telebehavioral health encompasses telecommunication technologies to remotely deliver behavioral health services and support tailored towards promoting overall well-being and addressing physical and mental health aspects, aligning with a holistic approach to health. By integrating these modalities, we aim to provide a nurturing environment for your physical, emotional, and spiritual growth, helping you achieve lasting positive change.
Upon making your appointment, you will receive client forms to fill out and return to us prior to your first session. You will receive a confirmation prior to your appointment that will include links and/or information to pay for your visit and logging into our session online. If meeting virtually is not available for whatever reasons, the session will take place on the phone.
